I’m looking forward to this upcoming (Thu Feb 13) webinar from Daniel Shapero. He does cool science + software, and he’s a great presenter. Also, +1 on the title. I think this will be fun.

Thanks for sharing! I do enjoy using containerization but I’ve also run into its limits 
It’s not virtualization. It’s mostly platform portable but not always (e.g. julia compiling against your CPU architecture…), etc…
Do you know if this webinar will be recorded and shared online? It could be nice to point our project partners to it if they are not very familiar with containerization yet.

I’m new enough to containers that the shine is still there, but I see your points. You should join us for the webinar and raise them, @BSchilperoort! I think it would help add context for others.
